Universal Thermal Acquisition Monocular

The UTAM-32 from UDME and his associates Industries represents the latest advancement in our series of handheld thermal imagers. The UTAM-32 gives the operator enhanced surveillance and targeting capability during night and adverse weather conditions.

The UTAM-32, in the weapon mounted configuration, has 5 user selected reticles along with precise azimuth and elevation adjustments making targeting simple, fast, and accurate to ranges in excess of 300 meters.  In the handheld mode, the unit has optional 2X and 3X afocal lenses to optically increase range detection of the unit.

A hot-shoe is incorporated for the use of various accessories such as a remote control, recording devices, downloading captured images and external power. No other thermal system in the market offers this kind of operational modularity.

The UTAM-32 is currently designed to integrate a 640 x 480 detector with minimal system modification.
